WP-Sticky plugin
It's a nice plugin for wordpress.
You can stick your post in the head of site.
I try to use it today.
Here are how to install and use it.
1. Download it from http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-sticky/
2. Put it on your wp-content/plugin folder of site and then unzip it.
3. Active this plugin
4. Now, you can see the Post Sticky Status in the end of Write Post page
5. Write a new post and then choose the status to sticky now.
